Michiganveterans’trustfundboardoftrustees;administrationoftrustfund. Sec.39.TheMichiganveterans’trustfundboardoftrusteesshalladministertheMichigan veterans’trustfund.Theboardoftrusteesshallnotauthorizetheexpenditureortransferofa trustfundasset,interest,orearningsunlesstheboardoftrusteesdeterminesinitsdiscretion and by a majority vote that the expenditure or transfer is for the benefit of veterans or their spousesordependents.
