Removalofcountyseat. Sec. 10. A county seat once established shall not be removed until the place to which it is proposedtobemovedshallbedesignatedbytwo-thirdsofthemembersoftheboardofsupervisors and a majority of the electors voting thereon shall have approved the proposed location in the mannerprescribedbylaw.
