The legislature shall provide by law for the dissolution of township government whenever all the territory of an organized township is included within the boundaries of a villageorvillagesnotwithstandingthatavillagemayincludeterritorywithinanotherorganized townshipandprovidebylawfortheclassificationofsuchvillageorvillagesascities.
