Oathofpublicofficers. Sec.1.Allofficers,legislative,executiveandjudicial,beforeenteringuponthedutiesoftheir respective offices, shall take and subscribe the following oath or affirmation: I do solemnly swear(oraffirm)thatIwillsupporttheConstitutionoftheUnitedStatesandtheconstitution ofthisstate,andthatIwillfaithfullydischargethedutiesoftheofficeof.................. according to the best of my ability.
