Mo. Const. art. IV, § 53. Discrimination as to race, creed, color or national origin prohibited

The appointment of all members of administrative boards and commissions and of all departments and division heads and all the employees thereof shall be made without regard to race, creed, color or national origin. [Effective - 07 Sep 1972 , see footnote]
