334.245. Abortions, only physicians to perform — violations, penalty. — 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary that may allow a person to provide services relating to pregnancy, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services, no person other than a licensed physician is authorized to perform or induce an abortion. 2. Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a class B felony. (L. 2010 S.B. 793)
