135.240. Employees for which employer may claim training credit. — The provisions of subdivision (3) of section 135.225 and section 135.230 shall apply to employees determined to: (1) Be difficult to employ. For the purpose of this section, "a person difficult to employ" shall mean a person who was unemployed for at least three months immediately prior to being employed at the new business facility in the enterprise zone; or (2) Be eligible for aid to families with dependent children or general relief programs.
