338.700 Definitions.
338.700. Definitions. — As used in sections 338.700 to 338.710 , the following terms shall mean:
(1) "Board" , the Missouri board of pharmacy;
(2) "Department" , the Missouri department of health and senior services;
(3) "Program" , the RX cares for Missouri program.
