354.235. Enrollment representative — license issued when, qualifications. — 1. The director shall issue a license to any natural person who is at least eighteen years of age, and has complied with the requirements of sections 354.010 to 354.380 , authorizing the licensee to act as an enrollment representative on behalf of any corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 . 2. Any license issued shall authorize only the licensee named in the license to act individually as an enrollment representative thereunder. (L. 1983 H.B. 127, A.L. 1993 S.B. 709)
