Notice of cancellation, nonrenewal, renewal, or refusal to write, may be sent, how. — Any notice required regarding cancellation, nonrenewal, renewal, or refusal to write, insure or renew any person or property may be sent by a higher class of United States Postal Service mail service than required by law.
