382.240. Rules and regulations, how issued. — The director may, upon notice and opportunity for all interested persons to be heard, issue such rules, regulations, and orders as are necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 382.010 to 382.300 . (L. 1971 S.B. 101 § 27)
