427.190. Statute of limitations. — An action to enforce an obligation, duty, or right to determine liability for collateral protection coverage shall be commenced within five years after the cause of action accrues. The cause of action shall accrue when such collateral protection coverage is purchased. (L. 1997 H.B. 257)
