475.084. Visitation, parent may petition for, when. — If a guardian has been appointed for a minor under the provisions of subdivision (2) of subsection 4 of section 475.030 , then a parent of the minor may petition the court for periods of visitation. The court may order visitation if visitation is in the best interest of the child. (L. 2018 S.B. 806)
