476.410. Transfer of case filed in wrong jurisdiction. — The division of a circuit court in which a case is filed laying venue in the wrong division or wrong circuit shall transfer the case to any division or circuit in which it could have been brought. (L. 1989 S.B. 127, et al. § 1) (2004) Section applies to defendant's pro se motion for post-conviction relief, for purposes of limitations period for filing motion. Nicholson v.
