488.6697. Recording of order of consolidation — fee. — Each recorder and each clerk shall receive, for filing an order of consolidation of a fire protection district as provided in section 321.470 , a fee of one dollar, to be charged as costs in the proceeding. (L. 2000 S.B. 1002 Revision)
