Prosecuting attorney to be notified, when. — Where a special term shall be ordered, under section 545.850 , the judge ordering the same shall cause a notice thereof to be served by the sheriff or any authorized person, on the prosecuting attorney, and the prisoner or prisoners to be tried, ten days before the commencement of such term.
