558.003. Fine for juvenile justice preservation fund, when, amount. — The prosecuting attorney shall have discretion to charge an offender convicted of an offense in which the victim was a child a fine of up to five hundred dollars for each offense. Such fine shall be deposited in the juvenile justice preservation fund, created under section 211.435 . The provisions of this section shall expire if the provisions of subsection 1 of section 211.435 expire. (L. 2018 S.B. 793 merged with S.B. 800)
