565.188. Failure to report elder abuse or neglect — penalty. — 1. A person commits the offense of failure to report elder abuse or neglect if he or she is required to make a report as required under subdivision (2) of subsection 1 of section 192.2405 , and knowingly fails to make a report. 2.
