575.310. Misconduct in selecting or summoning a juror — penalty. — 1. A public servant authorized by law to select or summon any juror commits the offense of misconduct in selecting or summoning a juror if he or she knowingly acts unfairly, improperly or not impartially in selecting or summoning any person or persons to be a member or members of a jury. 2. The offense of misconduct in selecting or summoning a juror is a class B misdemeanor. (L. 1977 S.B. 60, A.L. 2014 S.B. 491) Effective 1-01-17
