150.190. Collector, annual report to county commission, contents. — Each collector shall annually return on oath: (1) All blank licenses not granted by him; and (2) A list of all licenses granted by him and not before accounted for, showing the name of the person to whom granted, the amount of tax collected on each, and the commencement and termination of each license granted by him.
