660.335. Requests by department for information, form — content. — Requests made by the department pursuant to sections 660.327 and 660.330 shall be in writing and shall include sufficient information to identify each person named in the request in a form that is compatible with the record-keeping methods of the entity. Requests may be made in the form of magnetic computer tape. (L. 1983 S.B. 285 § 4)
