70.325. Development and improvement of recreational facilities under agreement by city and United States. — The governing body of any city is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the United States Corps of Engineers for the development and improvement of recreational facilities in federal reservoir areas as provided in section 209 of the Flood Control Act of 1954, 68 Stat. 1266, 16 U.S.C. 460d. (L. 1959 S.B. 327 § 1)
