70.501. Metropolitan culture commission to be special district. — A metropolitan culture commission created pursuant to section 70.500 shall be considered to be a special district under the provisions of sections 115.001 to 115.641 * . (L. 1994 S.B. 428 § 1) *Section 115.001 was repealed by both S.B. 592 and S.B. 975 & Revision, 2018.
