167.251. Board to prescribe rules and regulations — driver to give bond — fund charged with transportation expenses. — When transportation is provided by a district pursuant to law, the school board shall make all needful rules and regulations for the transportation of pupils and shall require from every person employed for that purpose, a reasonable bond conditioned upon the faithful discharge of his duties as prescribed by the board.
