174.330. Institution may charge fees for certain services, electronic connection. — Any four-year state-supported institution of higher education may charge reasonable fees for providing services to the private business to which an electronic connection is provided. Any student debt incurred to a private business shall not be considered to be debt owed to the university. (L. 1994 H.B. 1248 & 1048 § 18)
