205.220. Determination of tax levy (first class counties). — The rate of tax levy provided for in sections 205.200 and 205.210 shall be determined and fixed at the same time the rate of tax is determined and fixed for county purposes. (L. 1945 p. 986 § 2, A.L. 1961 p. 521)
