217.092. Leased prison space, deposit of payments. — Any payments received by the department of corrections for the leasing of state prison space pursuant to section 217.043 shall be deposited to the credit of the general revenue fund. (L. 1989 H.B. 128, et al. § 3, A.L. 1990 H.B. 974)
