Park boundary conflicts, department authorized to convey up to five acres as part of land trade, conditions. — The department is authorized to convey up to five acres of land as part of a land trade with adjacent property owners to resolve park boundary conflicts, so long as the department receives land of equal or greater fair market value in exchange.
