Organization — officers — membership. — Before any one of the aforesaid organizations can take advantage of sections 262.630 to 262.660 , it shall be duly organized with a president, a secretary, a treasurer, an executive board consisting of not less than three members, and a signed membership of not less than twenty-five farmers.
