20-25-244 . Oath of office. The dean of the forestry school, the officers and employees of said station, appointed or assigned, and their assistants shall take an oath to: (1) perform all the services required of them under 20-25-241 through 20-25-245 ; (2) guard carefully all confidential information accumulated in the progress of their work; and (3) turn in to the station as state property all correspondence, notes, illustrations, and data of any kind accumulated by them in performing the work of the station.
