36-01-22. Feeding garbage to swine No person may feed garbage to swine. As used in this section "garbage" means animal and vegetable waste matter resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking, and consumption of foods, including animal carcasses or parts of animal carcasses, except that dairy products from a licensed creamery or dairy is not considered garbage for the purposes of this section. This section does not apply to any person who feeds garbage from the person's own household.
