50-21-02.1. Revolving fund deposited in state treasury - Expenditures The revolving fund must be maintained in the state treasury. All expenditures therefrom must be paid by warrant-check prepared by the office of management and budget upon vouchers submitted by the president of the Bank of North Dakota as approved by the office of the budget.
