15-06-25. Notice of sale - Contents - Publication The board of university and school lands shall cause a notice of sale of such tract to be published once each week for a period of three weeks prior to the day of sale in the official county newspaper where said land is situated and in such other newspapers as the board deems appropriate. Such notice must describe the land to be sold, and must state the amount bid therefor, and the terms and conditions of sale.
