15-52-27. Purposes of loan fund The purposes of section 15-52-10 and sections 15-52-15 through 15-52-28 are hereby declared to be to develop and maintain the school of medicine and health sciences by making it possible for all qualified students attending such school to complete their education in medicine or in the case of dental students who are residents of the state of North Dakota to complete their education in dentistry.
