23-01-14. Department of health and human services authorized to transfer future accumulated fees. As a continuing policy, the department of health and human services may automatically from time to time transfer unclaimed fees on deposit with the Bank of North Dakota or other authorized depository to the state general fund when the unclaimed status has existed for a period of at least three years.
