23-02.1-11. Form of records The form of the records, reports, and other information required by this chapter is subject to the approval of and modification by the department of health and human services. In order to maintain uniformity in the system of vital records registration and the system of health statistics tabulation and analysis, substantial efforts should be made to ensure that information collected parallels that collected by other primary registration areas.
