23-02.1-24. Court reports of divorce and annulment of marriage 1. For each divorce and annulment of marriage granted by any court in this state, a report must be prepared and filed by the clerk of court with the state registrar. The information necessary to prepare the report must be furnished, with the petition, to the clerk of court by the parties or their legal representatives on forms prescribed and furnished by the state registrar. 2. On or before the fifth day of each month, the clerk of court shall forward to the state registrar the report of each divorce and annulment granted during the preceding calendar month and such related reports as may be required by regulations issued under this chapter.
