23-11-15. Right of authority to vest certain rights in obligee not restricted Sections 23-11-12, 23-11-13, and 23-11-14 may not be construed as limiting or restricting the power of an authority to vest in an obligee the right, in the event of a default by the authority, to take possession of a housing project or to cause the appointment of a receiver thereof or to acquire title thereto through foreclosure proceedings.
