23-13-03. Penalty Any person who violates any provision of sections 23-13-02 through 23-13-02.7, or any rule or regulation of the fire marshal made pursuant thereto, or who, if an owner or operator of a filling station, permits such violation, is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
