NE Const., Article XVII-2

Repealed 1972. Laws 1971, LB 504, sec. 1. Adopted in 1920. The repealed language read, "That Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 27 of Article XVI be repealed and eliminated therefrom." The Constitutional Convention of 1920 recommended—and voters adopted—eliminating 22 sections from what was then Article XVI of the original Constitution of 1875.
