This Bulletin is effective immediately and is issued in order to alert premium tax payers to the electronic filing requirement for the reporting and payment of premium tax. Beginning on July 1, 2018, all premium tax reports must be filed electronically, in accordance with OSI forms and instructions. On July 1, 2018, the quarterly premium tax forms and instructions will be available for taxpayers to use in filing and making payments online.
