Section 14. Data Collection And Management Information

PSD shall collect client and services information and records that information in the agency’s management information system, family automated client tracking system (FACTS). A. FACTS is the state of New Mexico’s SACWIS system and shall be used to conform with federal NCANDS and AFCARS reporting requirements. B. PSD shall produce reports containing statewide or county-based data for use in monitoring and tracking performance and outcomes.
