Section 22. Health And Age Requirements

A. All staff or contracted personnel involved in the care of patients/clients shall be at least 18 years of age. B. All staff, contracted personnel, or volunteers having patient/client contact must have a TB test in accordance with the requirements of the infectious disease bureau, of the public health division, health care authority.
