Section 70. Criminal Records Check As Condition Of Employment

A. All staff of a facility providing services must apply for a nationwide criminal records check and employment history in compliance with New Mexico regulations governing criminal records check. B. Copies of the above cited regulations will be provided by the health care authority, caregivers criminal history screening program. C. Fingerprint cards, instructions, and employment history forms will be provided by the health care authority, caregivers criminal history screening program. [8.371.2.70 NMAC - N, 7/1/2024}
