Section 18. Earing Procedures

A. Hearing procedures for adverse action taken by the licensing authority against an agency’s license as outlined in Section 16 and 17 above will be held in accordance with adjudicatory hearings, New Mexico health care authority, 8.370.2 NMAC. B. A copy of the above regulations may be requested at any time by contacting the licensing authority.
