Section 43. Outdoor Areas

A. Outdoor area must be located on the premises of the facility. B. If required by the agency, the outdoor area must be fenced and have at least one latched gate available for emergency exit. C. Outdoor areas must be kept free of sharp objects, trash, weeds, or other hazardous items. D. Outdoor areas must be designed to permit direct supervision of the participants at all times.
