Section 15. Complaint Investigations

A. If the division receives a complaint or otherwise learns of noncompliance of a provider relating to these rules, an investigation will be initiated. B. Upon completion of the investigation, the division will issue an investigative report substantiating or not substantiating the alleged noncompliance.
