Section 17. Commencement Of Proceedings

The department may commence a proceeding against the trustee of a trust, if the department considers any acts, omissions, or failures of the trustee to be inconsistent with the terms of the trust, contrary to applicable laws or regulations, or contrary to the fiduciary obligations of the trustee. 8.281.510 NMAC 11
