Section 35. Failure To Appear

A. Default: failure of the party requesting the hearing to appear on the date and at the time set for hearing, without good cause shown, shall constitute a default and the hearing officer shall so notify all parties in writing. B. Entry of decision: the hearing officer shall enter such findings, conclusions, decisions, recommendations, rulings and orders as are appropriate.
