Section 10. Automatic Expiration Of A License

A license shall automatically expire: A. at midnight on the day indicated as the expiration date on the license; B. when the operation of a facility is discontinued; C. when a facility is sold or leased or the licensee changes; or D. when there is a change of location for a facility.
